Dabei unterscheide ich Angebote, die stärker von der Orgodynamischen Körper- und Bewusstseinsarbeit und solche, die stärker von der Jungianischen Psychologie her ausgehen. Alle Ansätze könenn jedoch ineinanderfließen und tun dies in der Praxis. Je mehr Ebenen des Menschseins wir einbeziehen, desto nachhaltiger und umfassender kann Entwicklung geschehen.
